Problems with HVAC in 2005 silverado 1500 split system
Split system HVAC stays cold on the drivers side even blows cold air when the heat is on.

@jon51 .Jon, Temperature mode door actuator may be faulty, causing incorrect air delivery or temperature. There may be a fault code(s) stored in the HVAC control module which could aid with diagnoses. Some of the auto parts suppliers offer free code reading like Pepboys, Nappa, Advanced auto parts,etc and some of the guys are very knowledgeable and may have seen the issue often and put you on the right track.
