Samgung galaxy 7 the screen is black but I still get notifications.
I know I am getting messages, but the screen is black and I can not see anything. I didn't drop it and it's been in a case ever since I purchased it and it has a screen protector. It just went black.
Try to do a soft reboot. I forget if you hold power down while holding power button (both at same time), or if you hold power button along with volume up. Try those first. Also look under a light and see if there's any small cracks under the screen. Samsung lcds are very fragile.
