INSTAX WIDE 300 | My camera won't print out film.

Hi! I know this is not the right guide for the Instax Wide 300 but I just wanted to ask for the heck of it. I am not sure how I broke my Instax wide 300 camera. My camera doesn't seem to be printing any film. I put in an old film cartridge with the ending film in it (you know when you have finished all 10, there is that last strip that doesn't print) and it didn't come out at all. I've tried multiple times. Can someone explain how to troubleshoot it and fix it? Thank you!!
