Hi @Teion Sealey,
Try the following to see if you can start your laptop.
1. Disconnect the charger from the laptop.
2. Remove the battery from the laptop.
3. Press and hold the Power button on the laptop for 30 seconds and then release.
4. Connect and switch on the charger to the laptop. (Leave the battery out at this stage)
5. Try to start the laptop. If it starts, let it boot all the way to the Windows desktop. Wait until the HDD activity settles down then shutdown the laptop in the normal manner.
6. When the laptop has completely shutdown, switch off the charger and disconnect it from the laptop.
7. Re-insert the battery into the laptop.
8. Connect and switch on the charger to the laptop.
9. Try to start the laptop. If it starts, let it boot all the way to the Windows desktop. Check the charging status of the battery. If it is charging, allow it to fully charge before switching off the charger and disconnecting it from the laptop.
Hi,
My only suggestion now is to open the laptop and see if there is any obvious electrical damage around the area of the charging port, i.e. burnt looking components etc.
It may be that the motherboard has been damaged.
Here is a link to a video that shows how to dis-assemble your laptop.

If you find this too daunting I suggest that you contact at least 3 reputable, professional computer repair services and ask for a quote for a repair to your laptop. I suggest 3, at least this way if the quotes are close to each other in their estimates, you will have a better idea of the cost of the repair.
Hi
As you can see by the links below, there are several motherboards which are suitable for your laptop. As to which one is the same as yours, unfortunately you will have to open the laptop to find out. As you can also see there is a large difference in the price range, although admittedly the last link is for a used board

Hi,
Here are the specification(s) for your original charger. There are two options depending on your exact model type. Your original charger should match one of the two output options shown. The specifications are printed on the charger case.
AC/DC Rating
Input: 100-240VAC, 50~60Hz,)
Output: 19VDC 2.1A,
Output 19VDC 3.16A.
The universal charger output specifications (printed on the charger case) should also match the original charger specifications.
Is this the case?

Hey,
The universal charger is have has an input of 100-240v 1.5A 50-60Hz and an output of 19.5V 3.08A.
I was wondering whether there was something wrong with my laptop's charger port or the charger may have damaged/short circuit the motherboard somehow.
