1) Restart the computer and printer.
2) Check the USB connection.
3) Run the Print and Scan Doctor.
4) Uninstall the printer software.
5) Check for any installed printer devices in Windows.
6) Reinstall the HP software.

8) Set Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) dependencies.
