It turns on but not completely it won't turn on to the password page it gets stuck on the irulu page and restarts all over againp

Sounds like the OS has become corrupted a factory reset/restore should fix it, usually holding the volume up or own when you turn it on should get you to the reset menu.

my irulu is not truning on because it heats up do i need a new motherboard or a new battery i dont want to get a new one
