Storage full clean up doesn't help
says ram full don't know y it will not let me backup info and transfer 2 sd card afraid may delete contacts and more ?

It is the RAM memory that is full so it should not delete anything from the storage memory.
Enter the settings menu in the app or app manager and find the affected app. Simply uninstall the app if its possible to do so. If that doesn't work, you need to remove the app's 'advanced rights'. You normally grant these rights during the installation of the app.
If mistake occurs, like lost, mistakenly deleted or data corrupted, you can recover it with third-party software.
