Not able to download from an sdcard

Hi

When trying do download to my tab 2 from a sdcard in my phantom4 files recorded in 4K , I receive a msg "only files 720 1080 and jpeg will be downloaded, and no file is downloaded, before this wasn't happening can you help me?
