My Harddisk is not being recognised by my system.
Model name Passport: WD My Passport Ultra: while embeddings into the port of my framework its not being perceived furthermore no spotlight is being seen. It would be ideal if you help me and revert me ASAP.

Have you tried a different USB cable?
Have you tried a different USB port?
Have you tried a different PC or laptop?
All these questions are to find out where the problem might be, your PC, the USB cable or the Passport HDD.
