My RCA Viking pro keyboard doesn't work anymore.

My RCA Viking Pro keyboard doesn't work anymore. I can't type on it anymore. I can't use the track pad either. I haven't tried rebooting it because I don't know how. Please tell me what I should do.

Hi,

Press the RESET button at the back of the tablet; then press and hold the Power button for 4~5 seconds to turn on the tablet.
