Why cant I log in

I updated my laptop less than 24 hours ago..a while ago I was using it normally and then the bar with chrome,word,excel,files etc went black but the page i was on which was word was normal then i removed the page and the screen was completely blank and I could move the mouse..then I switched it off with the power button and turned it off then turned it back on and now the login has come up the time on the login is working and i clicked on options and the options with narrator, magnifier, on screen keyboard etc came up and wont go down..i tried ctrl+alt+delete the log in thing comes back on but when i try to click it..it doesnt click

Did you change the computer font in any way? Because if you did you will need to change it back to the Windows Default. Windows 10 does that if you change the font in anyway for the OS. You can either hit F8 when you are booting and have it go back to when it was working or if you have another computer you can change it back by using the working one as a Key pressing reference and try to change it back to default. Or worse case if you have your system backed up then do a restore. That is the best I can do because Microsoft hasn't fixed this issue as far as I know. (There might be an update that fixes this but since you cannot see your screen it is no help at the moment.)

I didnt change anything..when i was turning it off normal it said update and shut down option then i clicked it...the next day which was yesterday it worked fine till about 5 hours then this happened
