Why isn't the trackpad working?

My keyboard says my trackpad is on yet it is still unresponsive. What can I do to get it to work?

オプション

Try resetting your computer and toggle the trackpad button off then on again. If that doesn’t work then try checking to see if the wiring inside is connected properly.
