1 phone refuses to boot. stays stuck on BLU screen.
My phone powered down regularly after running out of juice and after charging (the phone showed no signs of charging even) however when powered on it is stuck on the BLU screen and will not go past that. I have not dropped or damaged the phone in any way and don't understand how it just stopped working.
I have tried a factory reset and it still does not work
