Can not use printer from computer - letters, etc from email

Yesterday I wanted to print a letter I wrote - composed it where I do my emailing.

tried to print it but got this message:

"Some printing functionality is not currently available"

I copied the letter and pasted in my Word which did print it.

I emailed Epson and they sure did not answer my question - what happened and how to fix it.

I tried unplugging the printer for 5 mins and plug in again but nothing but same message.

I updated the printer program and still get the same message.

Not sure what the message means, nor do I know what to do to resolve this problem.

Is there anyone of you can tell me what to do?

Hi, You say that you can print using Word but not from your email program, is this correct? What email program are you using?

Have you checked your ink cartridge if so

Then your papers are not stuck in properly

But if none of this helped you should download a diagnostic tool for your printer

I am a Microsoft Printer user so sorry
