Touchscreen password made with mouse now mouse not working

I had to disable my touch screen because I couldn't type without it flipping all over the place. I created the nifty touch screen password using the mouse. When I rebooted the mouse was disabled. how to get past this password when it is impossible to even attempt it. Ultimately I would like to get a rid of my password all together. I would settle for being able to use my freaking computer
