Laptop don't accept to open Bios or recovery
I have on this Laptop a windows 8 and yesterday I made a update to windows 10 without saving any files or options and after the laptop finished the format he had restarted and stayed at the first screen ( acer ) I tried to inter Bios and boot menu but I can't do anything please help me !!!
Hi, Try starting and shutting down the laptop 3 times in a row, i.e. start laptop when it doesn't boot into Windows press and hold the power button to force shutdown. Repeat procedure. Hopefully by doing this by the third attempt it should enter the Windows Recovery Environment where you can troubleshoot your problems etc.
