would canon 100 mm macro lens non zoom and canon ring flash work well (adapted) with EOS 550D

Hi Nouf,
There shouldn't be any issues.
For the normal macro lens, see here. For the L lens macro see here.
The combination of Canon 550D plus ring flash shouldn't be a problem either. See here.
