A sudden ligtning strike and sudden power outage

My brother was playing and suddenly a lightning flashed and there was a short power outage/shortage and my PS4 isnt protected by a surge protector,just through an extension cable plugged directly to the wall.I turned on all my gadgets that were running during the power loss and to find out that only the PS4 is showing no life.

I plugged the power cord and the LED notification wont even blink and I never heard a beep sound.Just asking if it is a motherboard or power supply issue.Then if it is a PSU issue then I could send my PS4 for a repair on a cheap price.
