Reboots only during charging

After replacing my battery my iPhone 5s reboots every 3-4 minutes, only while charging. The battery indicator also seems to be stuck.

I think I may have damaged the F11(?) capacitor when I disconnected the battery (read this may be the cause on the internet).

What is the name and part number of the board that contains the F11 capacitor and where the ribbon cable for the battery plugs into. I would like to order one and replace it. I am not interested in soldering the F11 capacitor, want to replace the board.

When you mean by stuck do you mean 100% constantly? When you unplug the battery there are little components above the connector that can be damaged by clipping it with a prying tool or nail.

Why replace the board when that is going to probably cost a lot more when you can get someone experienced in board level repairs to replace that damaged board component for you for cheaper?
