Swapped the motherboard 3ds wont boot

Hey i just changed my 3ds xl 2015 motherboard, I technically gave it to some electronic technician but he did the job just fine as it seems looking inside but the 3ds wont boot since then, it just turns on and pop sound with the bottom screen flashing and it turns off.
