Picture went black, sound stayed on.
There is a blue haze on the screen when powered on. After following instructions from a Samsung tech by phone, I now have no sound nor picture. TV is 1 yr & 8 mos old!!
You may be able to get Samsung warranty consideration since the set fairly new. The have a customer support number listed on the website (samsungparts.com). Do not use the Live Chat, they are useless.
