Why is my screen color inverting every time an warning dialogue pop

I'm using windows 10 anniversary up date now before windows 10 (1115 ) even before that windows 8.1

btw after installing windows 10 i'm facing this problem every time after installing windows when an warning dialogue pops up (like if i insert a usb and the warning windows gives ,or security warning by windows etc) my screen color goes inverted and comes back after few seconds.

please help ..what can i do ? i tried latest graphics etc but nothing helping ....
