How to fix internal screen, it's gone white on one-third of screen?

My phone (Motorola droid turbo) screen broke internally, and the right one-third of it is startling bright white. When I take a screenshot, the picture turns out fine, so it's just the screen display that is the problem. Verizon is saying I have no options. Help!
