i got the xbox 360 s s the original cds was kind of expensive and hard yo find in lebanon so sombody told me to modify it and i did that and now i can play 2$ not original cds but since i modify it i can not play kinect games or connect to xbox live and i can t see avatars all the avatars are whites

Xbox consoles are very sensitive to after market hardware. The problems you are having are typical when using hardware that is not "Microsoft approved". Did you try fixing the original drive using the xbox support site? Try this video from Youtube. Maybe you can fix the original drive. Good luck.
