My Megaboom won't turn off, it stopped half way through a song and now I can't do anything with it. It have only had it since Christmas, I don't use it that often, so frustrating. I have tried rebooting it by pressing on/off button and volume down button, nothing happens. I have connected it to my computer - nothing happens..what is going on??

I've had a similar problem with my UE boom 2. Found that if stop the music on phone, then turn UE boom off, then turn it back on and restart the music it will work just as normal. If that doesn't work turn your Bluetooth off on your phone( or just restart it). That solved my problem

Have had my mega boom 3 for 2 weeks and similar problem. I had to turn off my connection to Bluetooth to get it to disconnect, but can’t get the power button on the speaker to tune off. I have tried pressing the down volume and center top button to no effect. Do I need to return?

I had the same problem, I just waited for the battery to die then plugged it in and now it works perfectly fine

It sometimes happens. Crazy but yes it should fix once battery drained and recharged. I am waiting as we speak for the battery to drain.
Will update after I have recharged etc
Me too mine cut out halfway through a song. I tried everything to fix it in the end had to wait for the battery to die then it just started normally.

Me too.... I'm sad about the latest round of EU Megabooms. They were better 10 years ago.

I got the same problem, I might be partially to blame as I hadn't turned it on in over a year, battery dead, charged it and forgot about it so it charged overnight, that might be why it won't turn off. I think sometimes early on the battery memory can get confused and it you have to let it die and recharge it, that's what batteries are designed to do, die and be recharged, so a complete cycle of both can reset the memory.

I cannot get my iPhone to find my megaboom in my Bluetooth…I thought maybe it was old technology in the speaker. Any advice to get it to show up? I did fully recharge it…but still doesn’t show.
