RCA tablet won't move pass android system recovery screen
I have tried all of the options on the Android system recovery screen, but my tablet still won't move pass this screen.

An honest answer to why this tablet won't start? I believe Walmart released the tablet for a Black Friday sale and only charged $59 for it brand new. It's a cheap tablet and the designers weren't going out of their way to make it last you a long time. They used very inexpensive parts on it and spent little time testing and refining the tablet before releasing it to the public. It's old adage, you get what you pay for.
Go with an iPad next time, you get a much better quality product =]
