Constantly getting duplicate text messages and phone keeps freezing up

Im constantly recieving the same text messages over and over. Also the phone has been freezing up and i get error messages saying apps have failex to open.

Dear friend,

I had read your issue

its due to virus problem (You need to hard reset your device)

it will fix the issue,

in case not get fixed (change firmware)(ROM file)
