@yorane the connectors are the same but the batteries are not. The 5S has higher mAh and these are smart batteries and "communicate" with your iPhone. There are plenty of cases that report that the swap of the batteries can cause reboots, and can cause problems on bootup.
Stick with the right battery to avoid any issues after.

What kind of problems can it cause?
We've had several cases lately where, after battery replacement, iPhone 5C did not boot properly, did not charge, motherboard gets very hot, mic stops working etc etc. I think we accidentally installed 5S batteries.
