My iPod will not turn on at all... It was working fine and ALL OF A SUDDEN if completely shut off...
I tried charging it, but my computer "doesn't recognize the device" so it doesnt connect at all for me to restore it
my iPod is BRAND NEW [about a week old right out of the container] but i cant take it back because I won it [didnt buy it from a store]
what should i do... i need my music

go back to the company that you won it from, or ring apple tell them that you won it and when you got it that what I did as I won my iPod touch, they will pick it up from your door
