Part number for SATA cable connector bracket/retainer plate

I upgraded a mac mini late 2014 by adding an SSD drive to a mini that came with flash storage only. I got the necessary cable and everything is working fine. There is one part which I am living without and that is the connector bracket or retaining plate. I have seen both descriptions used for this part. applecomponents.com and thebookyard.com both list the part number as 923-00316. I would like to confirm that that is the part number and if someone might know where I can get one. Although applecomponents.com lists it as in-stock they don't really have one in stock. After some conversations with them I found that they think that part number is only for screws even though their site mentions the retainer plate.
