Is this burnt logic board damage localized or extensive?

This logic board had some minor localized water damage, after which one of the components sparked and burnt itself. I asked in a separate question for confirmation that the burnt component was a 220 Ohm inductor, and got a good answer.

Now I have some detailed magnified photos, and I wanted to ask if the experts can see if this is localized to just the component, or if anyone thinks just replacing that component will not be enough, or will not be a simple process now.

Since this is one component, and at the edge of the board I feel confident doing it myself, but I'm not sure what the other circles near the component (see the photos of the same board in good condition for comparison) are from and the burn damage looks like it covers those too.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...

It appears to me that if you replace that inductor( I think it's actually a ferrite bead type of inductor), you will have a working computer. The chip at the other end of the lcd connector looks a little crusty, I'm not sure if you will have problems with it or not. I think you have the wrong board view though. It has components that aren't on your board.
