My computer keeps telling me to ctrl-alt-dlt

My computer keeps telling me to ctrl-alt-delete and when I do it just goes back to that screen. I can't get in to my computer or do anything. I've tried restarting but nothing works.

オプション

You may have a damaged or corrupted harddrive. Do you have a model number for this machine? Are you getting any sort of "disk read error" when being told to ctrl+alt+del?
