My Huawei Honor 3x wont charge and wont turn on.

Before this, my battery was charging really slowly . Then things became worse and it doesnt even charge anymore, even though i plug it in and it shows the charging animation on the battery, but the percentage still decreases and then my phone just turned off. When i Plug it in the charger it just shows the red LED when charging while below 5%, no charging animation, like when it normally charges when off, just showing a red light (not flashing, only showing)

I've tried the charge without battery and put battery back when turning on but it doesnt work. What happens is i plug it in without the battery, then nothing, but when i hold the power button, the red flashes this time, not only showing, it flashes.

Please Help.
