My phone is only coming on to the Logo .Why is that?

Well it usually over heats just like that , the night before it was showing "Google Play services have stopped working".Then it shut down.Now it is only coming on to the logo and just a glowing screen .What should I do? I've tried factory reseting it but it's the same way it was.
