Are iPad 4 model Logic Boards interchangeable?

I have a customer who's iPad 4(A1459 AT&T 4G, 128GB) is almost is almost completely destroyed, EXCEPT for the logic board. My plan(hopefully)is to take an iPad 4 with a bad Logic board and just swap boards and call it good..... but my question is-- Does anyone know if it matters which model of iPad 4 that I use for my donor? The customer doesn't care if they can't keep the 4G feature, so I would like to use an A1458(Wifi only) model... But I wanted to see if anyone knows if that unit would not be compatible before I actually purchase it.
