Why does my camera keep freezing?
I don't know why this keeps happening, but all of a sudden the screen stops working and the camera freezes.

This could be a couple of things. First, try turning your camera off and removing the battery. Wait thirty seconds before replacing the battery and turning the camera back on. If your screen continues freezing, you may need to replace the screen. You can refer to our replacement guide.
