Why is my computer shutting down randomly?
My computer keeps on shutting down randomly and I was wondering why this could be happening?

Your battery might be defective, and unable to hold a charge. Try leaving it to charge for an hour, and then turn it on without being plugged into the charger. If the computer does not turn on, or turns off shortly after, take a look at our troubleshooting page for more information here.
