NAND Capacitor may corrupted.

Hello guys, i nearly solved my problem on my iPhone 5, simply its stucked on dfu mode after replacing NAND, We reinstalled old NAND Back but my problem is still continue. Iphone stucking on iTunes Restore "Waiting For iPhone" section.

Somebody told me its about NAND Capacitor, it can be or not? if its not about capacitor so what it can be ?
