3 Phone only turns on while on the charger.
For some reason my phone does not charge no matter how long it is left on the power brick. As soon as the phone is removed from the brick, it dies again. What should I do.

If your phone is on while plugged in then it's not the charger, outlet, or charger port. It sounds like it's not holding a charge once you unplug it. You may want to try replacing the battery.

Hi, You don't think that the battery could be faulty and needs replacing? If the phone is on when connected to the charger there is not too much wrong with the charging port. The charging circuit in the phone to the battery maybe but not the port.
