My blu studio 5.5s does not respond all the time when I press any option on the screen, Did a phone key test from the maintenance menu and shows key 150 as if it were pressed all the time, when in fact im not touching the screen, and eventually it shows XY coordinates also as if i were pressing the screen.

It seems as if the digitizer in the phone is faulty.
When did you purchase the phone? If it is within the last 12 months you may be able to get it repaired/replaced under warranty. If it is still covered by the warranty period, check the warranty statement contained in the User Guide that came with the phone as to what you have to do to get warranty service. If you can't find it here is a link to the warranty.
