Frozen finally rebooted but now games won't work
My Kindle Fire HD initially froze with only the Kindle screen then when unfroze it won't link to the Internet and the games won't work. Help. ..

Hi,
Here is a link that shows how to do a soft and hard reset on Kindle Fire.
Be aware that if you have to perform a hard reset to resolve the problem what it will do to the Kindle. Also take note of the state of battery charge requirements, necessary to perform a hard reset.
