My sony xperia z1 is turning on but wont function
it will turn on but when it comes to sliding the lock screen it just doesnt slide and it kind of frozen please let me know wat i should

What is the history of this phone? Was it's screen replaced? Cracked? Dropped? Digitizer has most likely gone faulty and you'll need to replace the whole front display assembly with lcd if it is.
