i dropped my phone and now the speakers (ear and loud) dont work when i make calls and listen music but!!, i can make calls in speaker mode an my alarm ring so i dont know wtf!
help me please

Sounds like the earpiece itself may have become dislodged.

no broth is everything ok and connect, when i play some music and i press the volume down or up the volume window said handset but i never plug the handset, the same thing when i listen music with the handset and i unplug u know must be paused but noting the music stil run... my phone has a devil inside i don't know broth...

This is probably the audio IC chip being damaged after drop.
