Why does my battery life drain so quickly?

Make sure you have a proper functioning charger and that your camera is completely charged after its use. If this is not the case, then make sure your camera isn't being overused without the proper charging. For example, approximate use for the camera on a full charge is 170 minutes, in which is takes 215 minutes to fully charge on an empty battery. Extreme conditions such as overheating can cause battery life to drain, so make sure your camera is never in direct sunlight for an extended period of time. If your camera's battery is still draining very fast, you may have to replace the battery.
