Huawei P8 Phone is not charging and keeps restarting

I have been charging my Huawei P8 phone for the past 8+ hours, been switching cords, outlets, and places to charge in the meantime, but the screen still only shows the battery sign with the red color, meaning the battery is low. been trying to restart and turn off, but it only goes back to the battery pic.

I realize after a period of time the phone will try to restart and goes to the 4gLTE picture, but then it only goes back again.

I have so much in the picture that I wish to save, but I can't even connect it to my pc cuz it will not recognize a dead phone.

What can I do to fix my phone or at least to get the pictures and videos copied elsewhere?

doublexs1218 start off by getting a new battery and check your charging port for any debris or bend contacts. A new battery should at least get you to start your phone long enough for a backup of your files.

The p8 is similar to an iPhone so I cannot open the back of my phone and switch battery. Could I send it in to any repair place and have them open my phone and replace the battery? I'm not even sure if people carry batteries for my phone here...
