input paper keeps crumbling and screen shows jam
I checked the back and front doors for paper fragments. There were none. The paper seems to start well, then crumbles upon entering and a jam occurrs.

Check to see if there is something sticky on the roller that is pulling the paper into the machine if not thoroughly make sure that there is not a crumpled piece of paper up in there they can sometimes hide and when you go to put another piece of paper in it will cause that one too then jam
