Why won't my camera turn left?
Camera will not rotate left. It moves up/down and right. Can the system be reset?

Hi,
Does the 'left' button work when in the menu or short cut mode? If so at least it proves that the left button itself works.
If you pan fully right can you bring it back at all using the left button or is it stuck at extreme right?
If you can bring it back from fully right then maybe it is not 'centred' correctly. i.e. equal movement right and left.
If you deem this to be the case and as there is no reset info in the guide, I suggest you contact the manufacturer's customer service section regarding a solution to your problem. Also check your warranty status to see if the warranty period is still valid.

When you figure it out let use know I've been trying for years to get my wife to turn left at a busy intersection for years to no avail . She insists you can get anywhere turning right
