4 Playstation 3 Fan Test
How often should this be done?
I usually do it once or twice a month and my PS3's work great, But i have read that it can damage your PS3.
Just wondering if it should be done and how often.

Hello Bryan,
Thank you for writing us regarding the fan test. The fan will not remove dust that is in your system(s). It will not hurt any of your systems. All it is, is a force eject for a stuck disc and the fan comes on.

Never heard of it? what is this? i've certainly never done it and am now worried i'm missing out on something! lol

It's a cleaning method for the PS3, You unplug your PS3 hold the eject button then plug your PS3 in and the fan will go full power and remove any dust in your system.
