dead iPod after screen repair.

Hi i got an problem with an ipod touch 5th gen.

After i replaced the screen their was some lines on the screen so i tried to reconnect the cables , it was late on the day and i was tired so i accidentally removed the cables with an isesamo (wich isnt plastic)

after that ipod wont do annything..

so i think i accidentally caused 'short circuit'

how can i fix this???
