Hi,
Check Menu > Settings > Wireless and Networks > more > Mobile Networks > Data Connection is set to on.
Also check what mmsc setting you have in the APN settings area for your phone service provider. The correct info should be available from your phone service provider's website.
Setting should be Menu > Settings > Wireless and Networks > more > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > (your provider) MMS > scroll to mmsc.
